  • Co-chaired the creation of new software to expedite business-to-business access to shipping data with the end result saving the company over $50,000 per year thereafter on phone support staff. 

  • Established production procedures at several companies and saved thousands of dollars on timelines by bringing design projects in-house and eliminating overhead expenses.
